Our Fuhrer is very proud to announce the creation of Golden Sun, LLC which gives the Reich the opportunity to function on a global scale. With Golden Sun's formation, Odessa no longer exists, it has been designated as "Retirement & Family Living". Now this is a vast undertaking but it can be done and needs to be done. It's going to provide opportunities to exercise exchange and interaction with the global business community and our government on a scale never seen before. It's an answer and new way for government to do business. We hope other nations will follow in the path we have laid with Golden Sun, LLC. Remember it's there but with a firm foundation in our principals and values. Golden Sun, LLC is our way of serving the world better. As the motto says, Golden Sun, LLC is people working together to build a better world. On behalf of the Fuhrer I also want to take this opportunity to thank Victor Roschmann of the firm of Roschmann, Thyssen, and Siebert, LLC who made this possible because without their vision and hard work, we could have not done it. Again their team as partners with us made it all possible.

U.S. President John F. Kennedy wrote, "Hitler will emerge from the hatred that surrounds him now as one of the most significant figures who ever lived... He had a mystery about him in the way that he lived and in the manner of his death that will live and grow after him. He had in him the stuff of which legends are made." Golden Sun, LLC is an example of what President Kennedy meant in his statement.

Through Golden Sun, LLC the N.S.D.A.P. is fostering partnerships, providing strategic advice, and driving resources toward effective ideas, NSDAP-GI helps its members – organizations from the private sector, public sector, and civil society – maximize their efforts to alleviate poverty, create a cleaner environment, and increase access to health care and education.

The GOLDEN SUN FOUNDATION makes grants to assist organizations that work in the areas of health, human services, and education. The Foundation gives highest priority to activities that provide greater access to people who are economically disadvantaged and underserved. Of particular interest to the Foundation are applications that specifically address the needs of low-income children and youth, older adults, and people affected by disabilities and homelessness. The Foundation also funds activities that benefit the general community and improve the quality of life for the global community.

Grant Application requirements is that an organization that is certified as tax exempt under Section 501(c) (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and is not a private foundation as defined in section 509(a) of that Code is eligible for consideration. The Foundation does not fund Section 509(a) (3) Type III non-functionally integrated supporting organizations.
Audited financial statements for the most recently completed fiscal year are required of all organizations in existence for more than five years and with operating income of $500,000 or more. Organizations with annual income under $500,000 or agencies founded within the last five years must submit an independent review of their financial statements, completed by a CPA. Small Grant applicants that cannot meet the financial documentation requirements may be eligible for a one-time exemption on a case-by-case basis upon review of the full application.
The level of Board engagement and financial support are important factors that are considered during the review process of all applications.

TYPES OF SUPPORT: Core support is unrestricted funding that enables an organization to carry out its mission. It can be used to underwrite administrative infrastructure and/or to maintain core programs and essential staff. Most core support grants are awarded over a two-year period. Capital support is for specific projects with capital expenditures. Funding is available to support land, facility, equipment purchases, renovations, or new construction. Structure support is for new or enhanced activities aimed at strengthening an organization’s programmatic and/or administrative capacity. Projects must evidence a credible plan for sustaining costs. Program is for new, expansion or enhancement program requests. Projects must evidence a viable fundraising and sustainability plan.

DURATION OF GRANTS: Foundation grants are awarded for the period of time necessary to complete the proposed outcomes, with most grants ranging between one and two years. Core support grants are generally made for a two-year period.

Generally, grantees must wait one year from the end of their grant period before being able to re-apply for a new Foundation grant. Please note that the Foundation generally does not approve grants to organizations on a continuing annual basis.

FUNDING AMOUNTS:
While requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, applicants should note that as a general practice, the Foundation does not fund the total cost of a capital, program, or capacity building budget. Requests should be proportional to the amount of the specific capital, program, or capacity building budget, and in the case of core support, the size of the agency’s operating budget.

Applicants should request a grant amount that is consistent with a thoughtful and sustainable fund raising strategy. The information below is intended to provide general guidance. Based on individual circumstances, the Foundation’s Board of Directors will use flexibility and apply individual judgment to each request.
